We originally booked our wedding to be in 2021 with a covid package (50 people). After things weren’t looking too good before our original date, we decided to postpone to 2022. Kayla (the event coordinator) was so accommodating and helped us organize for a new date. We were able to keep our package pricing and details, staying below 50 people, as that’s all we wanted.

When it came closer to the date, the team was great at keeping us updated and organized with what we needed to provide them. On the day of our wedding, we had an amazing time with our closest family and friends. Kayla was very flexible and helped my vision come to fruition. Even when we got delayed for the ceremony, she kept me calm and level-headed. People are still talking about the food too!

All in all, we wouldn’t have changed a thing on our big day, and we’re so happy with everything at Meadow Gardens. 5 stars all around!

Kayla was really responsive to our emails and calls. She made sure everything is in place and kept checking with me and my husband if there’s anything that we need. Our guests cannot stop complimenting our food especially the cocktail foods. I highly recommend them!

The Perfect Day!

Our wedding at Meadow Gardens was May 7, 2022. It was a party of ~200 guests and was everything we hoped for. Kayla and her staff were so attentive to us and our guests. We felt extremely taken care of on our wedding date, and leading up to the day. Kayla was extremely organized and responded quickly. The food was phenomenal and our guests raved about it. The bartenders were so much fun. The grounds were beautiful- we were lucky enough to have our ceremony outside!

We are extremely happy having our wedding reception at Meadow Gardens Golf Club! Kayla Bell, the Event Coordinator, orchestrated the venue, the vendors, the kitchen and staff with ease. We reallyappreciate her hard work to make our event run so smoothly and be all so memorable.
Kayla, Erin and the rest of the staff were very professional and provided 5 star service.
The food by Chef Anthony was fantastic! Our guests really enjoyed the appetizers, and the variety of dishes from the Eagles Dinner Buffet. We still get compliments on how good the food tasted!
Kayla worked within our budget and gave us so much value!
There was plenty of parking. Our room was beautifully decorated. And the dance floor is huge!
And we highly recommend to everyone and anyone looking to have a wedding reception to go to Meadow Gardens!

Kayla was amazingly responsive and organized! She made planning the reception smooth and simple. When we met with her, she had questions for us that we hadn’t yet thought about and had everything planned for us in just a couple emails and meetings with us. The night of the reception, she also made sure we were well taken care of, even helping my wife with plating her dinner at the buffet.

My Momma and my two sisters threw me the most beautiful “Brunch and Bubbly” Bridal Shower at Meadow Gardens Golf Club in the “Sherwood Room” on Sunday, August 29, 2021! The Sherwood Room is a beautiful place to host an event, it has large floor to ceiling windows across one side of the wall which connects to the outside balcony that over looks the golf course. The food and service was amazing! We went with a delicious buffet brunch and had mimosas being served upon guests arrival. Kayla the Event Manager at Meadow Gardens is excellent, she’s super friendly and very professional. Thank you so much Kayla/the Meadow Gardens Team!

Due to covid we had to switch our venue. we panicked to find a venue for the date we needed and we chose meadow gardens since they had a room available, great buffet option and price was great for our small 50 person wedding.
We were so happy we did!!! Kayla is amazing!! The whole day went so smooth. Since restrictions were tough and there was another wedding that same day we had to switch our ceremony site. we came up with a ceremony site in a space which wasn’t a ceremony site but it turned out fantastic and exactly what we envisioned. Kayla was super accommodating and really quick at responding to emails! She made sure everything went to plan through the day we felt comfortable and we all had so much fun! Thank you Kayla for making our day the best day ever!
