We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect venue than Meadow Gardens for our wedding on June 27, 2026. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful, but what truly made Meadow Gardens stand out to us was the incredible team, especially our day-of coordinator, Kayla. In fact, she was one of the biggest reasons we chose Meadow Gardens. We toured several beautiful venues, but we didn’t always feel the same connection with their coordinators.
I actually had the opportunity to be a bridesmaid in a friend’s wedding at Meadow Gardens a few years ago, and I still remembered Kayla. She left such a lasting impression on me because of how organized and professional she was. She had a way of keeping everything running smoothly while still being approachable and flexible. I remember thinking, “She’ll get the job done.” When my now-husband and I met with her for the first time, we both knew this was where we wanted to get married.
Throughout the entire planning process, Kayla was absolutely fantastic. She took the time to understand our vision, patiently walked us through all the logistics, answered our countless questions, and made thoughtful suggestions that helped us stay within our budget without compromising what was important to us. She made what could have been an overwhelming process feel so much more manageable.
On the wedding day, everything ran seamlessly. We were able to be fully present and enjoy the day knowing everything was under control. The setup was beautiful, the timeline flowed effortlessly, and every detail came together exactly as we had hoped.
One of the biggest compliments we received from our guests afterward was how much fun they had and how smoothly the entire day ran. While we’re incredibly grateful to all of our amazing vendors, Kayla and the Meadow Gardens team played such a huge role in making that happen. Thank you, Kayla, and everyone at Meadow Gardens, for helping make our wedding day everything we dreamed it would be! We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Meadow Gardens to any couple looking for a beautiful venue with an exceptional team behind it!
